Hi, everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods Compact Cargo Carrier and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. This is gonna be a good way to carry some extra stuff with you when you're going on some trips or maybe to the hardware store, picking up things like bags of mulch, concrete, things that tend to maybe rip and make a mess in the back of your car. You can keep that mess contained outside by using a cargo carrier. And a hitch-mounted cargo carrier is a great way to carry some heavier things, too. This particular one is steel-constructed and able to carry up to 500 pounds, so it's certainly up to some more heavy-duty tasks. more

Hi, everyone, Aidan here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at this Flint Hill Goods Aluminum Cargo Carrier and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. This is gonna be a great way to carry some extra stuff with you if you don't have room inside your Santa Fe or if you're carrying things that you don't wanna put inside, maybe they're messy, maybe they're heavy. Things like bags of concrete and dirt or mulch from the hardware store, camping equipment, sports equipment, all that stuff can make a mess, and if you bring it inside the vehicle, it's a lot harder to clean that mess, whereas outside, you can load up maybe a little bit extra, and it's easy to clean off just by spraying it down with a hose. Now, because this is made primarily of aluminum, it's gonna keep things very lightweight, easy to get in and out of a hitch, or hang up for storage on the wall in your garage or something like that. And the short sidewalls make sure it doesn't take up as much space either, but it is still gonna be very capable. more

It's gonna be a great way to carry some extra stuff with you in your Santa Fe when there's no more room inside the vehicle, or maybe you've just got some stuff that you don't wanna put inside. Bags of mulch and concrete from the hardware store get to be pretty messy if they rip and backing out the interior of your cargo area is not very fun, so if you can keep it out here and just hose it off whenever you're done, that's a lot easier. Now with this being an aluminum carrier, it's gonna be very lightweight, easy to get in and out of the hitch, and when you're storing it in your garage, you can hang it up on the wall no problem because it's gonna be really lightweight. more

Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods hitch mounted cargo carrier and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. This is going to be an aluminum carrier making it really lightweight and easy to load into your hitch and giving you away to carry extra stuff if you don't have enough space in the back of your Santa Fe or if you're carrying things that you don't want to put inside the vehicle at all. Camping equipment, things from the hardware store that maybe bring in a mess to your vehicle normally, you can keep that mess outside and easily clean it off with a hose when you're done. Now this carrier, although it is aluminum, can support up to 500 pounds of weight evenly distributed around, so it's certainly capable. The aluminum slats on the bottom are thick and able to accommodate wrapping straps around there. more

Now, this is gonna be a great way to carry some extra stuff with you, whether you don't have enough room inside on a road trip, or maybe we're taking a trip to the hardware store. Got heavy bags of concrete, mulch, dirt, something like that, that you don't wanna put inside the car because it's gonna make a lot of mess and be hard to clean out. You can keep it out here, where it can handle the weight, and it's easy to just hose off and clean when you're done. It doesn't have to live in your hitch all the time, but it's a useful addition when you need it. more

Ryan: How's it going Ryan here at etrailer.com. Today on our 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're going to be taking a look at the Reese Explorer Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier. Our carrier is going to allow us to do a couple of different things, either load up additional cargo on top of what we can carry inside here on the outside, or take all that stuff inside, put it out here, and free up some space for more passengers.This is actually one of the larger carriers available, so it's going to have no problem carrying those full-sized coolers, that sporting equipment, or even camping here. Now, exactly how big it is It's going to be 24 inches long, 60 inches wide, and five and a half inches deep.The bottom is going to be made from a heavy duty mesh. That way it's going to have no problem supporting the weight. And, say if you've got a leaky cooler or something, you're not going to have to worry about that water puddling up in the carrier. more

Viking Solutions Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe- Video
Today, on our 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're doing a test fit of the Viking Solutions Stack Rack Cargo Carrier, that part number is 310-VSR001. Now, the bottom basket is going to measure 32 inches wide by 17 inches deep, and it has a weight capacity of 300 pounds. We're going to start by taking a few measurements here, then we'll go over a couple features. First is going to be overall what we're adding to our vehicle. It's going to be about 24-and-a-half inches. Ground clearance to the bottom of our basket is going to be about nine-and-a-half inches. Stromberg Carlson Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe- Video
Today on our 20017 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're going to be testing the 23 x 60 Stomberg Carlson Cargo Carry, part number CC-100. This has a carrying capacity of 500 pounds. It has a mesh floor which makes it easy to clean. We also have these larger pre drilled holes here, all the way around the cargo carry. Those are going to be used for tie down points for either your ratchet straps or your bungee cords. Also, at the front on either side, we have these 3 smaller pre drilled holes. That's going to be for either your reflectors or lights should you want to install those. more

Today on our 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're doing a test-fit of the Stromberg Carlson 23 by 60 Cargo Carrier. That part number is CC-100. It has a 500-lb weight capacity and was designed to work with 2" hitches. While we have it on our vehicle, the first thing we're going to do is take a few measurements. Our ground clearance is going to be first, we're going to go right up under here to the bottom of this bolt, at about 9" there. Overall to our vehicle, we're adding about 26-1/4", and our closest point here is going to be about 2-3/4" away there. With our Santa Fe, we do have a single, passenger side exhaust here, it comes just about straight out and level with the carrier, take a measurement here, it's going to be about 6-1/4" away. more

Today on our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe we're doing a test fit of the Let's Go Aero GearCage Cargo Carrier. The part number is HCR222. Now we already have it on our vehicle, with this cargo carrier you're going to hold up to 300 pounds, it's made out of a sturdy steel, has a black powder coat on for rusting and corrosion. Let's go ahead and take a few measures now. The first measurement I'll to take will be the ground clearance, I'm looking at approximately 13 inches. Overall we've added 39 inches to our vehicle, and our closest point, I'm looking right here, that's 5 inches. Now with this we can actually get in or outside our hutch as you can see, but we always have a breaking point I want to let you know that. more

Today on our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Hollywood Racks cargo carrier. Now, this cargo carrier is going to be compatible with your HR1400, Sport Rider SE and your Sport Rider SE2 model bike racks, part number HR1450. This is going to be part number HR1485. As you see on the back of our vehicle, we do have our Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2. Now, this is going to be either compatible with your class 2 receivers or plug and play with the back end of your rack. We'll go ahead and show you that. First, what we're going to need to do is remove the reflector off the back side, opening up the hole or receiver for the shank side of our rack. more

This is going to be your 20 inch wide by 60 inch long cargo carrier with that nice expanded metal base for easy cleanability. Today on our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Maxxtow cargo carrier. This cargo carrier is going to be 27 inches wide, 47 inches long and have a 60-inch pivoting rim. You'll see it's going to have that nice, sturdy aluminum construction which is going to offer a 500-pound weight capacity. With its big base and shank underneath, you'll be able to attach to your 2-inch receivers with ease. It's also going to have that anti-tilt device that's going to help to keep it sturdy on the back of the vehicle. Those are going to attach using two 5/8 inch bolts on the bottom side to press up against the bottom side of the receiver and attaching finally with the retaining hitch pin and clip. Today on our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Lets Go Aero GearCage. This is going to be your 32 inch wide by 48 inch long cargo carrier. It's going to have that sturdy steel construction for a 300-pound weight capacity as well as that sturdy steel base and a 2-inch shank connecting to our 2-inch receiver. Now, the 2-inch shank that connects to the 2-inch receiver is going to connect via an anti-rattle bolt and it's going to be 7/8 inches in size and we'll have safety clip on the other side. That's going to help to ensure that there's going to be very little sway, rattle and wobble on the back end of your vehicle. Now, let's go ahead and start off by getting a few measurements. Our closest distance will be from the back of the bumper to the front side of the cargo carrier at about 4 3/4 inches. more

Today on our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe we're doing a test of the Curt Cargo Carrier. This is 24" wide by 60" long, offering nice sturdy steel construction with a 500 lb weight capacity, and expanded metal base for easy clean-ability. It's going to have that nice folding shank so when you don't have it in use you can tuck it up and stow it against the back of the vehicle. It will come with a 2" shank for your two 2" receiver only, attaching using a hitch pin and clip. Its dimensions are 31 by 47, it has a max capacity of 400 pounds, and it's for 2" hitches only. We've got a 2" receiver here today. Pro Series Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe- Video
Today on our 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport we're going to be doing a test fit on the Pro Series Solo. This is a 31 by 47 cargo carrier. It's been designed for use with 2" hitches and it's going to offer a 400 pound weight capacity. Part number on it is PS1040100. Now this is one of the larger cargo carriers that we offer here. I would recommend getting a second set of hands to help you get it installed onto the vehicle, but if that's not available for you I have developed a little bit of a method of getting it in here as a single person. What we're going to do is just bring the shank of the carrier in. more

Today on our 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport we're going to do test fit on the 24 by 60 Surco Cargo Carrier. Now they've designed this for use in 2" hitches. It offers a 500 pound weight capacity. Part number on it 52018. To begin our test fit we need to slide the shank of the carrier right into the receiver tube of our hitch. Slide it in far enough so that our pinhole lines up with our hitch pinhole. Once we have those in line we're going to slide through our standard 5/8 pin. more

Today on our 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe we're going to do a test fit on the Curt 17 by 46 Compact Cargo Carrier. This has been designed so we can use it with 1 1/4 or with 2 inch hitches. It has a 500 pound weight capacity. Part number on it is C18145. This is one of the, as the title implies, one of the more compact cargo carriers that we offer so it might be a really good choice if you don't have a lot of room to store one but still need the utility of it. To begin our test fit, as you see, we just slide the shank into the receiver tube of the hitch. We line up our threaded hole with our hitch pin hole. Once we have those in line we've got a anti-rattle bolt that we're going to thread in. more
